The Company Directors Mr. Robin and Mrs. Yvonne Smith would like to sincerely thank all their suppliers, customers and industry supporters who helped them operate a chocolate manufacturing business in Australia. As Directors we developed a fine quality chocolate manufactured in Mordialloc that subsequently was the first Australian-made chocolate that was internally tested and externally certified free from peanuts, tree-nuts, egg and gluten.

In our premises there were no peanuts or tree-nuts allowed and they were not used in any Willow Confectionery products and we believe, we are still the only Australian manufacturer who can make this claim.

We finished manufacture of chocolate in October 2008 and sold it to the retail trade under the name Willow Confectionery Pty. Ltd., 22 Bond St, Mordialloc.
After this time, all of the Plant and Equipment has been sold including the company name and trade marks.

We advise everyone if another company opens with the name Willow Confectionery or any variation on that name or products appear in the marketplace under the name Willow Confectionery, you will need to make your own assessment as to the quality of the products and the veracity of any claims made.

Lastly but by no means least we would like to thank our employees for their efforts.
